Shipping Policy
At House of Isari, we want your jhumkas to reach you safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. House of Isari is not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, please contact us at help@houseofisari.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We know how frustrating shipping issues can be. Here is how we handle them.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days, please contact us at hello@houseofisari.com. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and send a replacement if the claim is approved.
Marked Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early. Check with neighbors and building management. If still missing after 3 days, contact us at hello@houseofisari.com.
Please note that once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, House of Isari is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend having your order delivered to a secure location.
Stolen Packages
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report, contacting your building management, and reaching out to your local USPS office.
House of Isari is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We encourage customers to use a secure delivery address.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. House of Isari is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at help@houseofisari.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at help@houseofisari.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the packaging.
