Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us at help@houseofisari.com within 14 days of delivery with:

∙ A photo of the damaged item
∙ A photo of the packaging
Defective Items
If your items arrive with a manufacturing defect, we will send you a replacement pair at no cost. We do not offer refunds for defective items, only replacements.
